Guillermo Farias, Co-founder and Orlando Solis, Co-founder and CRONo one was tackling the core issue.
In early 2023, as generative AI began reshaping software, the founders started adding AI across the platform’s functionality. Drawing on backgrounds in IT, HR and entrepreneurship, they reworked SuperCompany for the AI era and agentic HR processes, moving beyond systems that record HR activity toward one designed to execute parts of it.
Today, SuperCompany is an AI-powered talent management platform spanning recruitment, people management, performance, development, engagement and employee service. By bringing those functions and their data together, it gives AI the context to take on repetitive work while giving HR teams, managers and employees more direct ways to manage talent.
“Most HR systems just record the data. SuperCompany makes AI execute the daily work,” says Farias.
Making AI the Operator
SuperCompany is built around a different role for AI. Instead of limiting it to assisting users inside existing workflows, the platform lets AI execute parts of the work itself. Its 13 interconnected modules share employee, role and competency data across recruitment, organization, engagement, communication, training, development and performance.
Recruitment shows how that model works. A recruiter defines the role and hiring criteria. SuperCompany’s AI profiles the job posting, checks resumes against requirements and ranks candidates.
A recruiter facing 1,000 applicants could focus on the top 10 rather than reviewing every resume. AI can then reach qualified candidates through WhatsApp, run multiple interviews at once, evaluate responses and recommend who should move forward.

Once someone is hired, the same shared-data model continues across the employee lifecycle. Job descriptions, competencies and employee information can be reused across modules rather than reentered into separate systems. Users can ask questions conversationally instead of navigating dozens of functions, while AI handles recurring work such as vacations, tickets, reports and follow-ups.
Moving Decisions Closer to Teams
The platform decentralizes talent management by design. HR sets frameworks, strategy and tools, while managers get direct access to employee information and real-time insight into team performance, culture, values and motivation without waiting on HR to retrieve it.
AI brings personalization to that shift. A manager can ask which team members may be at risk of leaving based on six months of data and act sooner. Frontline employees in manufacturing and logistics, who may rarely use conventional HR software, can access routine HR services through WhatsApp.
That changes HR’s role as well. When managers can access the information they need and employees can handle more routine requests directly, HR can spend more time developing leaders, strengthening culture, retaining talent and supporting business performance.
Keeping Compliance in the Flow
Regional variation across Latin America shaped some of SuperCompany’s product choices. It chose not to build its own payroll module because payroll rules vary significantly across countries. Instead, it concentrates on talent management, where core practices remain more consistent across borders. Employee records can adapt to local identifiers, while configurable workflows let organizations match their own business practices.
Compliance follows the same approach. SuperCompany tracks requirements including GDPR, data privacy standards and the EU AI Act, while dedicated teams address jurisdiction-specific questionnaires and assessments. The platform can standardize documentation, track required actions, maintain audit trails and populate regulatory forms from information already held in the system.
A hospitality customer in Mexico shows how that works in practice. The organization employs about 10,000 people across restaurants subject to recurring training audits. Waiters and chefs can access required training formats through WhatsApp instead of contacting HR each time documentation is needed.
SuperCompany serves mid-sized and enterprise organizations across seven countries and is pursuing further expansion in the U.S. Its larger aim remains the same: reduce routine HR work so teams can focus more attention on leadership, culture, retention and business performance.
