Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement is a key focus area for its training programs. It provides clients with a range of Lean Six Sigma programs to help in process improvement and boost customer satisfaction. These programs are project-based, with learners typically identifying an improvement project within their organization and working through it with their training and support team. In completing a Green Belt program, learners can expect annualized savings of around €60,000 per project, while black belt programs can deliver savings of €250,000 to €300,000. We work closely with leadership teams to provide them with the skills and competencies to establish sustainable operational excellence programmes long after the training.

Compliance training is another focus areas SQT Training focuses on. It covers areas like medical devices, , food safety, health and safety quality management, and environmental standards. It works closely with clients to ensure full compliance with regulations and improve operational efficiency.

The pandemic has also moved training and development to the online space. To this end, SQT Training has introduced its virtual programs with the ability to bring people from different locations together for training. Since March 2020, it has delivered more than 900 virtual training programs to over 8500 learners with excellent feedback.
