Former Healthgrades VP to drive client engagement, expansion, and retention for the healthcare compliance leader  

REDLANDS, Calif. - MedTrainer, the creator of the only all-in-one, compliance-made-easy management suite for learning, compliance, and credentialing, has appointed Ben Mahfood as Vice President of Customer Success. A seasoned professional in healthcare IT sales and client relationship growth, Ben will be responsible for shaping the companys customer success strategy. With a strong focus on accelerating time to value, he will ensure clients can best leverage MedTrainers core solutions, MT|Compliance, MT|Credentialing and MT|Learning.  

Ben brings more than 16 years of experience in complex software sales and customer engagement strategy to his new role. He has built deep expertise in healthcare IT and digital health, as well as AI, data, and predictive analytics. At MedTrainer, Ben will concentrate his department on three pillars of customer success: ensuring clients effectively adopt MedTrainers core products; expanding their use of the product suite to address new business challenges; and fostering long-term customer partnerships.

Previously, Ben served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Healthgrades, an online platform for connecting patients with healthcare providers. There he successfully led multiple teams in fostering long-term partnerships with multi-million-dollar clients. Ben has also held leadership roles in sales and customer success for other healthcare IT organizations, including Research in Motion (now BlackBerry) and ProVation Medical.
