Companies regularly evaluate processes using data and analytics when they look at their recruitment tools. By doing this, companies can recognise underrepresented groups and take aggressive steps to remedy this.
With this information, Page claimed that the team could enhance the hiring procedure by changing the job specifications to be more inclusive. This can be as easy as changing their list of desirable talents to place less of a focus on technical skills, which might discourage people from applying even if they are fully qualified for a position.
