Jacksonville, FL - This month the global pioneering architecture, engineering and construction firm Haskell launched a new coaching and navigation benefit offered by Sibly through Wellworks For You for its team members and spouses to help increase access to coaching providers and resources, and get additional support to their team members when they need it most.
Sibly is a text-based AI-assisted benefit navigation, data insights and coaching platform that is available 24/7/365 through their mobile app. In less than 2 minutes, Haskell team members can download the app and be actively chatting with a coach whenever they need someone to talk to. Not only does Sibly address access barriers for hard working team members that may not be able to get to traditional, in-person care, but the coaching solution is anonymous, further eliminating obstacles related to the stigma of reaching out for support.

As the workforce continues to struggle with burnout, stress and a healthy work-life balance, employees are increasingly looking to their employers for additional, and accessible, support. In fact, Mercer’s Global Talent Trends 2022-2023 Study found that the percentage of employees feeling at risk for burnout skyrocketed to 81%, with the incoming workforce reporting at an even greater 89%. Sibly’s Vice President, Coaching, Cindy Eaton explains, "Because burnout only exists as a function of the relationship between a person and their job, it makes sense that employers will be a part of the effective solutions and prevention."
Sibly is being launched for Haskell team members as a part of Mental Health Awareness month. “Haskell is committed to offering our team members availability to mental health resources. We want to provide safe spaces where team members can go to express how they’re feeling in a confidential format without worrying about the stigma that usually follows mental health,” says Meghan Vercellone, Benefit Administrator for Haskell.
Haskell offers the Sibly benefit to all team members, as well as their spouses and dependents that are 18+, providing proactive support and resources to battle burnout and help team members through various challenges they may be facing. With multiple generations spanning their workforce and a diverse set of departments and services, it’s important to have a solution that all team members have access to and can be personalized to their exact needs. Haskell is excited for the new partnership with Sibly in leading in mental health in the manufacturing industry.
