Norming

It will be easier for team members to seek assistance and make tough choices after you've reached this level of cohesiveness. Establish team procedures that support and promote these actions.
Performing
The group is comfortable with its development and finds communicating information on individual and collective performance uncomplicated. Everyone has a sense of belonging to the group as a whole. The team will make the greatest progress toward its objectives at this point when members can stop or resolve issues that arise throughout the team's work. Accomplishments at this stage should be measured and celebrated since they are the product of cerebral and emotional work.
