Benefits of the program include learning about innovative strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing talent, earning a mentoring certification and SHRM credits, expanding your network with purpose, engaging with human resources leaders from companies across the country, selecting and learning from up to four different mentors per year on topics of choosing, and engaging in group mentorship with peers.
Participants in the Leadership 1:1 mentorship development program select leadership themes based on an initial assessment and then choose a mentor to work on one issue every three months.
Leadership, Confidence, Communication Skills, Executive Presence, Business Acumen, Presentation Skills, Managing Diversity, and Developing via Coaching are some of the themes that may be covered.
