Businesses have been constantly working with courts throughout the pandemic to find potential ways to maintain access, and few courts have advanced remote access capabilities to restrict delays due to closures. A lack of staff among screening firms can also hinder the hiring process. Although the situation has been slowly resolved, people still complain about the screening organisations’ inadequacy. The widespread adoption of remote work is one of the fundamental transitions among screeners. Before the pandemic, most screening solution providers were reluctant to provide remote work due to access to sensitive, personally identifiable information and questions regarding productivity. This has now changed, and there is a huge shift towards remote work as they are a secure way of working now.
