Ehab Hassan has been chosen chairman of InterSearch Worldwide, a global association of executive search firms with 90 locations in 50 countries
FREMONT, CA: Ehab Hassan has been selected to be the chairman of InterSearch Worldwide, a global association of executive search firms with 90 locations in 50 countries. Samantha Robinson, managing director Middle East, expressed how thrilled they were to have Ehab join the senior leadership team as chairman of the Middle East. He adds a wealth of experience and leadership to the four Middle Eastern operations, and he will help them continue to develop. Further, they are excited to use Ehab's considerable experience leading HR, people, culture, and change to provide them with unique insights into the nationalization strengths and help its clients transform with top personnel.

InterSearch said in a statement that they are future-focused and look forward to leading InterSearch Middle East and Shareek interim management into the next chapter of its development under the direction of the new chairman. Mr. Hassan offers 30 years of strategic recruitment experience, both locally and globally, to InterSearch and InterSearch Middle East. He has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, and telecommunications. InterSearch stated that CHRO expertise and ability to engage with directorships will be invaluable to their business. He will deliver on international executive search, interim management, and HR consulting projects, offering contributions that will assist in driving InterSearch forward and building on relationships across its sector strengths.
The economies of Middle Eastern countries range from extremely impoverished such as Gaza and Yemen to incredibly prosperous such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE. According to the CIA World Factbook, all of the Middle Eastern countries are growing at a good rate. While certain Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait are substantially reliant on oil and oil-related exports, others have a more broad economic foundation such as Cyprus, Israel, Turkey and Egypt. Oil and oil-related products, agricultural, cotton, cattle, dairy, textiles, leather products, surgical tools, and defense equipment are all industries in the Middle East guns, ammunition, tanks, submarines, fighter jets, UAVs, and missiles.
