"Beeline's new talent experience is a huge step forward in accurately managing diversity metrics. I spent 15 years on the client side using multiple VMS systems and was never able to provide conclusive demographics around our non-employees due to concerns around co-employment," said Dan Khublall, Director, Product Strategy, Beeline. "I am excited to see our clients leverage this information to gain transparency and shape hiring manager behavior which ultimately impacts the company's diversity footprint."

Beeline launched a forthcoming talent experience in which contingent employees would be able to create a private account and have complete control of how they are represented in the workforce, allowing them to self-report and manage their own personally identifiable information. Beeline will be the foremost and only Extended Workforce Platform to provide contingent employees with a private account with this degree of autonomy and privacy control.
As part of the sourcing process, vendor management systems (VMS) were responsible for handling personnel information on staffing firms. However, with new privacy requirements on the horizon, suppliers and MSPs want a solution that relieves them of the burden and danger of inputting information while enhancing data dependability without disturbing the supplier-candidate relationship.
The new experience will be tested with select partners and clients throughout the year, with a formal launch scheduled for 2023. Additionally, in collaboration with Consciously Unbiased, Beeline will create the industry's first diversity talent index once it is released.
