Lisa Brownlee, PresidentWhile these factors contribute to business growth, it’s the “leader” who takes the helm of an organization’s success journey. A good leader, capable of leading the team toward a common goal, can better steer businesses to success and fulfill their objectives. This shows how significant leadership training is, given the increasing uncertainties in the world of black swan events.
Having served as a leader in the manufacturing industry for over a decade, Lisa Brownlee understands what it takes to train leaders to improve their effectiveness in an organization. Her passion for helping leaders set goals, enhance employee engagement, align teams, and achieve higher performance spurred the inception of Leader’s Imago. A leading professional leadership and organizational development training firm, it provides coaching for leaders and managers, primarily in the manufacturing space, to reach their full potential.
“Our goal at Leader’s Imago is to help leaders transform, emerge and spread their wings, optimizing their performance to transform their organizations,” says Brownlee, president of Leader’s Imago.
Adhering to this goal, Leader’s Imago’s has designed its services in a way to address all challenges facing clients in today’s post-pandemic world. Its team is well-versed in equipping leaders to provide their team’s autonomy, accountability, and acknowledgment—all of which are crucial in eliminating burnout, disengagement, and turnover in organizations. By weaving these skills into their organizational structure, leaders can enhance collaboration, efficiency, and productivity.
Needless to say, it’s Brownlee’s longstanding experience that forms the foundation for Leader’s Imago’s service excellence. By leveraging her hands-on experience, the company customizes its training programs to build relevant learning skills and provide real-life perspectives to clients’ evolving challenges. To this end, the team at Leader’s Imago identifies their core problems by conducting training need analysis and finds skill gaps through surveys and interviews. Based on these insights, it formulates a training program that works best for clients.
One of its major initiatives is the Team Manager Development Center TMDCTM, which focuses on providing employees with individualized, objective assessments and development counseling in 12 critical leadership competencies.

“Our process is geared at creating a learning experience unique to their culture and company,” adds Brownlee.
Leader’s Imago leveraged these capabilities to help a client coach their employees in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project. With its Quality Improvement coaching, the client increased their rates for breast and cervical cancer screening. Besides that, one of their yellow belt holders reduced the wait-time for screening by 60 percent.
Leader’s Imago believes every individual has the capacity for growth and development, which can be realized through transformation. It aims to foster a supportive environment where leaders can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build confidence to take on additional tasks and responsibilities. It assists them in becoming the best versions of themselves and reaching their full potential. Leader’s Imago believes leaders will become more effective in their roles by undergoing this transformation.
