*Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) – The ALP program is multi-dimensional. It includes rapid-learning experiential exercises, classroom training, personality assessment workshops, and presentations. The program encompasses nine months, with the 10 to 30 participants continuing to perform in their current roles. Our approach provides a tremendous opportunity for self-discovery that enables participants to get in touch with their authentic selves and find their voices. It is our experience that teams with these enhanced skills have a greater ability to influence the organization and drive profitability
*Executive Coaching – we provide individual coaching, elevating executive leadership performance to the next level while employing many of themes included in our ALP program. The coaching is a collaborative process designed to draw forth the authentic leader in your organization’s executives, allowing the executives to maximize their individual performance and the performance of their teams.
*Multi-day Workshops – we facilitate workshops that provide an opportunity to fully align a larger number of your employees around key leadership and cultural values.

After 25 years in the entertainment industry, Dean Hallett discovered his true passion: inspiring others to get in touch with their own leadership potential. His successful career driving leadership programs and organizational culture as Sr. EVP at 20th Century Fox and EVP/CFO at Disney taught Dean that the best organizations invest in their leadership teams at every level.
