In today’s volatile and demanding business environment, the pressure to adapt, align teams, and maintain performance is constant. However, one of the most underestimated factors in organizational success is relational health: that invisible dimension that sustains (or undermines) cohesion, commitment, and the ability to learn together. At TransformAcción, we believe that trust, alignment, and psychological safety are not luxuries—they are the foundation of every high-performing team.

That is why, as a consulting firm specialized and certified in the models developed by the Instituto de Comunicación (IC) in Spain, we have begun introducing two innovative tools to the Latin American market: Sikkhona® and Bridge®. Both tools are simple, intuitive, and universal, and consist of a report or diagnosis as well as a package of dynamics or applications to work with teams based on the diagnosis. These complementary models offer a systemic, visual, and deeply human perspective on team relationships. Their solid track record in Europe positions them as benchmarks for diagnosing, intervening, and strengthening collaborative culture within organizations.

What is Sikkhona®?

It is a journey toward group excellence. Teams that work well are based on interpersonal relationships that work. Sikkhona® is a model that explains the different stages that teams go through, offers a diagnosis of the team’s psychological safety level, and proposes dynamics to build trust, cohesion, and alignment based on that diagnosis.

Sikkhona® is not just another survey or a personality test. It is a systemic relational diagnostic model that reveals how a team is truly perceived—not from individuals, but from their collective dynamic. Through a short yet powerful individually answered questionnaire, the model maps three key dimensions:

• Psychological safety: Do people feel safe to express what they think?
• Alignment: Is there a shared purpose, or is everyone going their own way?
• Conversational openness: Can the team address difficult topics, or do they avoid them?

The result is a collective perception map that makes visible what was previously only intuition. But the real value of Sikkhona® is not just in the diagnosis, but in what happens next: a brave, honest, and transformative conversation within the team. This is not just about measuring, but about talking, taking responsibility, and building new ways of relating.

Sikkhona® provides a shared language to address latent tensions, generates collective awareness, and enables progress toward greater cohesion and performance.

Beyond the Diagnosis: Purposeful Intervention

One of the greatest strengths of the Sikkhona® model is its dual structure: diagnosis + intervention. Based on the results, specific dynamics are recommended to work on topics such as feedback, purpose, conflict, or trust, depending on the team’s stage.

This allows for precise, relevant, and tailored processes. Sikkhona® is useful both in times of crisis and in teams that already function well but want to anticipate future challenges or tensions. It is a tool to work from a place of health, not just urgency.

What is Bridge®?

Bridge® is a simple and intuitive model of Relational Styles that helps people understand themselves better, understand others better, and relate more effectively—in short, to build bridges between people.

While Sikkhona® allows us to understand the team as a system, Bridge® helps us understand individual communication styles within that system. This relational, visual, and intuitive model makes it possible to recognize how each person communicates, leads, gives feedback, or faces conflict.Unlike other methodologies that label or pigeonhole, Bridge® offers richness, nuance, and development possibilities. From an individual report, a team styles map is built, and strengths, gaps, and opportunities to improve interaction are identified.

Bridge® is not just about understanding differences but about building relational bridges. It offers practical tools to improve communication, empathy, and conversational effectiveness in diverse and demanding contexts.

Why Are These Models Key for Latin America?

Our region faces particular challenges: hierarchical cultures, high turnover, accelerated digital transformations, and generational tensions. In this context, creating cohesive, adaptive, and emotionally sustainable teams requires more than strategy—it requires trust, connection, and shared purpose.

The integration of Sikkhona® and Bridge® in our leadership and change programs allows us to:

• Accurately diagnose team cohesion and relational health
• Strengthen cultures of feedback, listening, and accountability
• Address conflict through trust and language
• Align diverse teams around a shared purpose
• Create psychologically safe environments that foster innovation

At TransformAcción, we understand leadership not as an individual heroic act, but as a collective capacity built through healthy relationships and meaningful conversations. These models help us make that a reality.

Success Stories in Europe

Both models have been successfully applied by European organizations across various sectors: pharmaceutical, financial, educational, technological, among others. Reported outcomes include greater team cohesion, improved cross-functional communication, reduced turnover, and increased internal engagement.

  • At TransformAcción, we enable companies to drive business results through leadership cultures built on trust, purpose, and high-impact conversations. Our certified use of models like Sikkhona® and BRIDGE® brings actionable insights to develop cohesive, agile, and high-performing teams across Latin America

One of the most frequent testimonials is that the process “opens a conversation the team didn’t know how to have, but urgently needed in order to move forward.”
