I Got Mind helps improve company culture and workforce productivity by creating sustainable cultural change. Designed to be interactive and impactful, its educational programs enhance wellness, boost team and individual performances, and offer insightful feedback that enables clients to gain a deeper understanding of their culture.

I Got Mind believes mental and emotional wellness is integral to unlocking better performance and driving a healthy culture. It works with organizations to help align their culture with purpose.

“We provide individuals with education and support based on where they are in their wellness journey, how they manage their emotions and expectations, and how they communicate with others,” says Bob Wilkie, president of I Got Mind.

I Got Mind makes these assessments for participants in a group, as it makes them aware of their surroundings and urges them to be the best version of themselves. Its programs, I Got Mind for Workplace, I Got Mind for Sports, and I Got Mind for Education, address a wide range of topics, from communication to creating a culture of success.

One-time presentations and workshops often fail to create a meaningful impact. I Got Mind’s programs are delivered over a period to keep the conversation going, addressing the challenges participants are dealing with to resolve them and drive positive outcomes.

I Got Mind’s online courses provide individuals with a baseline knowledge of the topics of discussion in the program. Once a participant has gone through the course, the team gets together with them to discuss what they have learned. Aware of people’s time constraints, it has designed the content to be delivered in sessions of one hour or less.

Each program begins with a psychometric assessment of the participants to understand their intelligence, abilities, potential, and personality. This allows the team to identify what the candidate is good at, what needs work, and set goals for changes in their behavior. Meeting participants in person, the team ensures they can express their true feelings. Once the problems are out in the open, it holds follow-up conversations online, which are proven to be just as impactful.

“People are often more comfortable talking to a screen than a room full of people. Being behind the screen gives them the confidence to openly communicate their issues,” adds Wilkie.

I Got Mind keeps track of participants’ performance through facilitated conversations on the online course using live polling software. The team asks participants, individually and collectively, a series of questions to review what they have learned through the course and provides feedback. The online courses also include numerous self-reflection exercises that allow them to share their experience during the program.

Maintaining strong client relationships is of prime importance at I Got Mind. The team gains the trust of its clients and provides them with an experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. Having experienced the benefits of working in teams during his days as an athlete, Wilkie established I Got Mind to help people understand the importance of relationships, personal wellness, accountability, and teamwork. Since more companies are looking to enhance their work culture and improve performance, it continues to expand its team and help clients create an environment where individuals achieve their full potential, learn and overcome wellness issues, and enhance their skill sets.
