The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) ensures that employers doing business with the Federal government treat both employees and applicants fairly irrespective of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a protected veteran, or national origin. However, these Compliance Evaluations (audits) often become intense and time-consuming for federal contractors as they need to submit formal affirmative action programs (AAP) to Agency Compliance Officers. This task requires contractors to review all AAP data requirements with their data systems team, review their applicant tracking processes, and proactively audit their data management and recordkeeping practices. Also, federal contractors who have more than 50 employees have to annually file Employment Information Report (EEO–1) to provide the demographic details of their workforce. Needless to say, these factors make the task of submitting AAPs extremely complicated and time-consuming for businesses. Additionally, OFCCP regulations are subject to frequent changes. For example, the agency has recently announced a number of reforms to ensure fringe benefits for supply and service compliance reviews, eliminate intersectional and compound discrimination, and provide more opportunities to individuals with disabilities and veterans. Keeping up with the ever-evolving nature of OFCCP is no easy task—requiring extensive experience.

We work with companies just getting started in affirmative action to large organizations that operate across multiple locations. They typically struggle to create individual affirmative action plans. We provide such businesses with iPlans, an online portal that allows them to improve the accessibility and visibility of the AAPs. They can just simply log in, view the plans online, and manage all of the supporting documentation. iPlans serves as a centralized compliance hub for all your AAP needs.

Further, our Good Faith Efforts and DIVERSIFidashboards amplify the power of clients’ Affirmative Action Programs. Detailed analytics and reporting capabilities enable businesses to see beyond compliance into the trends that impact an organization at the granular level.

Our experts also focus on the implementation of the plans to help businesses address all their requirements pertaining to AAPs and OFCCP compliance. This plays a vital role in making all the plans audit-proof.
