Global Leaders Thrive helps leaders, educators and entrepreneurs with the developmental tools they need to overcome challenging situations and attain organizational goals. Their unique approach to leadership and education addresses different aspects of thriving, such as exploration, curiosity, and growth, to empower leaders and help them become future-fit, proactive and ready for any challenge.

Covering a wide range of areas, including change, career, well-being and leadership in the workplace, Global Leaders Thrive programs are catered towards individuals, teams or the entire organization. The programs focus on emotional intelligence that facilitates understanding, communicating, and empathizing to maintain a positive outlook on work and life. They are also value-based and place a cultural lens on closely examining the values, assumptions and beliefs that impact leadership.
“My values around learning are steered toward self-direction and self-motivation that propels people to break free from their comfort zones and try something different. However, leaders need to be selfaware as well to realize how their actions affect the people and organization,” says Carrie Benedet, Founder of Global Leaders Thrive.
What gives Global Leaders Thrive its competitive edge is its unique mix of culture, business, and education in its leadership programs. Their relational leadership model is purposeful, inclusive, and empowering—founded on the notion of collective intelligence and collaboration—which addresses the diversities in culture, language, religion, and tradition.

In one instance, Benedet engaged with a client holding a leadership role in an educating community. Global Leaders Thrive discovered and told the client that her interpersonal and relational leadership skills needed work, pushing her to take an emotional intelligence 360 assessment. The assessment report and sessions with Benedet gave the client clarity on the areas for improvement and created an immersive experience to reinforce her professional and personal relationships.
Today, over the course of seven years, the client is working with fellow middle leaders in her educating community to improve the curriculum, deliver education, and enhance learning outcomes. In doing so, she is helping her team better apply their teaching methods to different circumstances. Global Leaders Thrive sessions made such an impact on the client that she even came up with a professional development and learning program to help other leaders foster a better work-life balance.
Today, Global Leaders Thrive Program offers both hybrid faceto-face and online sessions. As part of the sessions, the presenters share podcasts on self-motivated leadership strategies, fatigue busters and wellness programs that can help leaders overcome their day-to-day challenges while fulfilling their respective job roles. With the pandemic-induced life-changing situations, all sections of the workforce, including employees, leaders, supervisors, and managers, need coaching on thriving and overcoming to succeed. This is where Global Leaders Thrive helps organizations keep their people together and unleash their fullest potential.
