Kevin Cloutier, Co-FounderToday, Feet First continues to revolutionize team building with its refreshing focus on play and fun. Whether in-person or virtual, their events provide a myriad of exciting and engaging activities that enhance team collaboration in numerous enjoyable ways.
”Everyone gets stressed from time to time. Giving co-workers the chance to play together is a great way to allow people forget their worries for a couple hours, and just focus on the fun of being together,” says Kevin Cloutier, co-founder of First Feet Events.
Feet First offers various events designed to promote communication while focusing on overall team enjoyment. The company’s biggest challenges include molding the right type of activity to meet each client’s goals, while keeping within their fixed factors of size, location, and time.
Often inspired by popular television shows, every activity they offer is carefully crafted to be fun and entertaining while also promoting teamwork. In fact, Cloutier explained that he started the company with his brother, Dave, after designing games and challenges on TV game shows like Legends of the Hidden Temple, Survivor, Shop Til You Drop, and Endurance. Developing television shows taught the brothers how to ensure games are fun for both the participant and the viewer, and they have used this knowledge to construct their catalogue of team-building activities.
Feet First Eventertainment is also committed to giving back to the community. One of their most popular events is Water Works, where teams build water filtration systems that are sent to villages in Africa. Other community offerings include donating bicycles to children and care packages to the military.
During the pandemic, Feet First faced the challenge of translating its in-person events into the virtual world. Using their knowledge of game design, they created activities that groups could participate in from their homes while maintaining the fun and energy people have come to expect from Feet First in-person experiences.
Feet First goes to great lengths to make sure there are multiple ways for people to join in the fun. They realize that every person has different abilities and comfort levels when it comes to social interaction and play .
“If a game is designed correctly, people can feel just as included by watching it unfold as they do by actually playing, ” adds Cloutier. Making sure Feet First challenges are as fun to watch as they are to play, allows even those on the sidelines of any particular activity to feel just as invested as those participating.
When it comes to keeping clients happy, Feet First Events has set the bar high. With an incredible 99 percent satisfaction rate, it has repeatedly proven that it is the master of delivering unforgettable team-building experiences.
