One of Exude HC’s notable successes was working with a market leader that had concerns around attracting and retaining talent to support their ambitious growth plans. The client had lost some key talent and recognized that their HR function was not structured to support current needs. Exude Human Capital stepped in and through a combination of assessment tools and focus groups was able to help this group reimagine HR and identify key areas of opportunity. They then partnered with the organization to create an HR department focused on talent and served as a coach to the internal team for two years. With a sound HR infrastructure in place to support growth, the client expanded to multiple states while doubling their number of employees. The HR department’s performance has continued to grow and expand their focus around more strategic initiatives.
