Over a decade ago, when she joined Lincoln, the firm had just started to think about diversity inclusion. Allison accelerated the process by associating with 70 leaders of the company and starting a rigorous assessment of the company's requirements. Soon, they developed a strategic focus on their workplaces in different communities. Eventually, they were able to attract, develop and retain the brightest talents from all communities and foster an environment of innovation. Presently, she is entitled to create, actualize, and establish all diversity inclusion programs across different workplaces and communities of the company. In her current role, Allison Green Johnson is responsible for diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation, as well as leadership of employee engagement initiatives helping shape company culture. Throughout her career, she has held business operations, management consulting, organizational development and design, talent management, and diversity leadership positions of increasing responsibility at well-known companies, including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Vanguard, The Hay Group and State Farm. She has been frequently honored as a leader in diversity, both internally and externally, through various media outlets.
