TOP 20 CHIEF DIVERSITY OFFICERS

Diversity is becoming a business strategy, more than a social cause. Companies with diverse boards outperform their peers; diverse teams are more innovative and creative, and diverse companies attract more diverse job candidates and customers. Driving this strategy for any company is the Chief Diversity Officer of a company. These awards are an attempt to honor the Top 20 Chief Diversity Officers by ManageHR magazine in our upcoming special editions.

We have come up with a 3 step process to select the winners. First, we invite our subscribers to nominate their peers, who drive diversity through innovation within the public and private sectors. We have a strong research team that will Vette these nominations and adds more names to it. As the last step, our editorial board and a team of outside industry insiders will select the final Top 20 Chief Diversity Officers.

To Broaden our nominations, we have also opened up for our website visitors to nominate by filling this form.

Criteria

  • Capturing and drawing from diverse points of view to improve products, services and impact on revenue generation

  • Driving diversity through innovation within all sectors

  • Record of contributions to field of work throughout the industries within all locations as an individual contributor

  • Leadership and commitment to building an end-to-end inclusion ecosystem keeping in mind the tenets of a diverse community (age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, class, disability, and nationality) well-being and/or high visibility in the community

  • Exhibits and demonstrates a commitment to pushing the ball forward and driving unity into the organizations and societysa
